Therapeutic Approach
Nicole believes that resilience does not have to be built alone. She enjoys working with adolescents and adults who experience persistent anxiety, depression, perfectionism, and emotional overwhelm. She also has an interest in supporting individuals with ADHD, autism, OCD, body image concerns, as well as those who feel emotionally stuck.
Nicole brings experience teaching neurodiverse teenagers in a specialised school setting, and counselling young adults at Nanyang Technological University (NTU). She integrates evidence-based approaches within a person-centred framework, blending warmth, humour, and practical strategies to help clients navigate the messy, meaningful parts of being human.
Personal
Nicole spent over a decade as a tech entrepreneur before moving into leadership roles in the nonprofit sector, advocating for wildlife and the arts. She has lived in both New York and Singapore, and founded a pro bono performing arts programme for teenagers. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys travelling, creating art, spending time with her loved ones and embracing life with adventure and joie de vivre. She holds a BA in Economics from New York University and is completing a Master of Guidance and Counselling at James Cook University.
