Sarah is trained in CBT, humanistic and existential approaches. She believes that forming a relationship with empathy and understanding is key to change. She has experience of working with people in deep crisis in suicide prevention lifeline centre.
She works with adults and children with mood issues , anxiety and depression as well as clients struggling with relationship or transition issues. Her approach is client centred. She has worked aand lived in various cultures and has an interest in third culture kids. She has an openness to connecting with people from diverse cultures

Sarah was raised in the UK and South Korea. Before embarking on counselling as a career she worked in a corporate role as a hedge fund portfolio analyst. This experience means she understands the pressures of working for corporates with demanding roles and the stress and opportunity that can bring.
She has lived in Hong Kong for 10 years and Singapore for 5 years and is a mother of teens one of which has ASD. She knows first hand the impact and struggles of having a child with neuro diversity on both the individual and family.
Sarah likes to exercise and spend time with her family in her spare time.
